I did this, and it was brilliant. You can make ten cards, all different if you want. They put an advertising strip on the bottom with their name and website on, and it looked really big on the site but was actually only about 1cm.
They also said I would get them in a week and a half, and they came in about 3 days.

Not as good as they make out. You can only order once per address. The section that says (want some for a colleague) well, its a fix. Mind you, the 10 cards are free, just once for each address.
